In today's world, children need space to express themselves, build confidence, and develop emotional resilience. Our brand-new Children’s Creative Wellbeing Course is designed to do just that—helping young minds flourish through creativity, movement, and mindfulness.


This unique course blends contemporary creative dance, journaling, art, meditation, and relaxation techniques to create a truly enriching experience. By engaging in structured yet imaginative activities, children will develop their self-expression, confidence, and inner calm in a fun and supportive environment.




Creative Dance for Confidence

Dance is a powerful tool for self-expression and emotional release. In this course, children will work on a structured dance piece, ensuring a sense of achievement while also allowing their creativity to flow. Through duets, trios, and group choreography, they will build teamwork skills, coordination, and confidence. Nurturing a sense of self-belief and achievement through creating a dance piece together.


Personalised Journaling

Journaling is an incredible way for children to reflect on their thoughts and emotions. But instead of using a standard notebook, children will create their own journals from scratch—designing their own covers, adding secret envelopes, and personalising pages with doodle art and collage. This hands-on process makes journaling more engaging, exciting, and personal.


Art as Self-Expression

Art allows children to communicate their thoughts in ways words sometimes cannot. By using accessible and fun techniques like doodling and collage, kids can explore their imagination and create something that is uniquely their own. This playful approach to art makes it accessible and helps develop a sense of self-expression and individuality. Creating a truly personalised journal.


Meditation & Relaxation for Inner Peace

Through guided meditation and a specific relaxation technique (The Emerald Alignment), children will learn how to calm their minds, manage tehir emotions and stress, and nurture self-love. These practices help cultivate a sense of peace and kindness within, giving children tools they can carry with them into everyday life. A pack will be given to help continue this practice.
